In development, we assume the 70-20-10 principle. This means that you learn 70% from your daily work, 20% from the cooperation with colleagues and interaction with others and 10% through, for example, training or courses. The latter often happens through our own Academy. Here, we offer a selection of online training and education. We also organise class sessions and specialist certifications.

In this way we also improve the internal mobility. Among other things, a strategy will be developed and implemented in the bottling plant in 2019-2020, providing maximum support for the learning process of our employees, thus expanding the level of their skills.
