If it turns out that we do not have a suitable vacancy for you at the time of application, we will send you a reasoned rejection of your application.
3. We have an introductory meeting
In an open conversation, we will try to get a good impression of your background and personality. Because we think it is important that you also get a good picture of us and our company, there will be plenty of room to ask questions during the interview.
Usually our application process consists of two meetings. During these you will meet your direct supervisor, a colleague from HR, a direct colleague and the manager of your supervisor. An assessment is part of the procedure for some vacancies.
After the introductory meeting, you will receive feedback by telephone from one of your discussion partners. We then give you feedback on the impression you have made.

4. We compile a contract proposal
If we are both enthusiastic after the introductory talks, we will gladly present you with a contract proposal. This proposal will be discussed with you by the responsible HR Business Partner (by telephone). 5. We retain your data
When you apply at Swinkels Family Brewers, your data is automatically stored in our database for a period of one year.
