A cloudy light blond Trappist beer with a firm, solid head. The fragrance is slightly acidic and fresh due to the use of wheat malt combined with a floral and fruity (citrus, peach, apricot) hop aroma. In addition, a spicy aroma reminiscent of pepper and clove. La Trappe Witte Trappist is a drinkable, fresh thirst quencher. Soft malty, slightly acidic, and stimulating due to the carbonic acid content. The finish is dry and slightly bitter.
